Full Moon…

We had a full moon and a lunar eclipse the other night. With the time change I thought it would be a great opportunity to head down to the beach and grab a shot. It’s increasingly difficult to get out with our 7 month old. Luckily it was before his bed time so we went for a walk! Although this isn’t a shot of the full moon it’s one of the only few that turned out that evening. It’s getting colder and I can’t sit out all night anymore waiting for the perfect moment. The sky was beautiful and lined up my shot so the moon would rise beside the old fishing shacks. I’m glad I clicked the shutter when I did, this was one of my test shots, the sky quickly changed colour and the moon was up before I knew it. We stayed out for a little longer but headed back shortly after. When reviewing my photos this quickly turned into my favourite photo of the evening.
